チェルトナムゴールドカップ（Cheltenham Gold Cup）とはイギリスで行われている競馬の障害競走である。イギリス競馬公社が3月にチェルトナム競馬場で施行し、格付けはG1（グレード1）。4日間で20万人が観戦する大イベントチェルトナムフェスティバルのメインレースである。出走条件は5歳以上。斤量は5歳馬が11ストーン（約70kg）、6歳以上は11ストーン10ポンド（約74.5kg）、牝馬は7ポンド（約3kg）減。

距離は3マイル2ハロン（約5230m）、22個の固定障害が設置されている。イギリスのスティープルチェイスは他にグランドナショナルが特に有名であり、初期はグランドナショナルの前哨戦と見られていた時期もあったが、ハンデキャップ競走であるグランドナショナルに対して定量の長距離チェイスとして戦後にその地位を向上させ、独立した最高峰のレースの1つとして認められることになった。なお、グランドナショナル、チェルトナムゴールドカップを同一年度に制した馬は1934年のゴールデンミラーのみであり、この馬は1932年から1936年にかけチェルトナムゴールドカップを5連覇した。
